With «Team coaching in the Escape Room» you will deepen your understanding of your role, recognise communication patterns and learn approaches for improvement. After a coaching session with organisational consultant Niel Sharan, the acquired skills are applied in the Escape Room. In the subsequent reflection, «lessons learnt» are identified for team communication in everyday life.
